Best little spot
If you haven't been to Gowanda and experienced the climate here you're missing out! I came in for some info about my old harley and walked out with a great lunch recommendation and a deal more knowledge of how to proceed with my motorcycle. 10 thumbs up!!

Simply the best
We stopped by this oasis on our way to Niagara falls. We were dodging rain all day n it caught up with us as soon as we arrived. They allowed us to park in the service line which is covered..seconds later it started downpouring. We were totally fine being stuck at Gowanda. They had fresh coffee n gave us ice cream drumsticks. The place is so warm and they make you feel at home. The merchandise selection is by far the best I've ever seen with stuff I have not seen in other Stores. All the shirts they carry are super soft and the prices were better then any store I've been in. We honestly didn't wanna leave. Thanks Gowanda harley you guys are the best!

In my 40 hrs of riding and dealing with various shops and dealers, this is the first time I have been motivated to write a review. I was in search of an upgrade from my 06 heritage and had been to a few local HD dealers. The bikes where nice but can’t say that the sales staff was very knowledgeable about the bike I was looking at. I happened to see a 2011 street glide on Gowanda HD website. I made to 2hr trip to see the bike and glad I did. Eric was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the bike. Offered a good price and a fair trade value., listened to my wife and I as to what we wanted and why we where upgrading and helped to select a seat upgrade. Nicole in finance was pleasant to deal with as well as parts and service. Great family environment that makes you feel welcomed and valued. I have 8 hrs of travel time before the bike was in my garage and don’t regret any of it. Wish they were closer so I could shop there for all my HD needs. Thank you Gowanda HD for a great experience.

I recently purchased a 2021 Street Glide from Eric. This was my 4th Harley from Gowanda HD and Eric! As always it was a seem less, top notch experience! The bike was delivered to my home and it was SPOT LESS! They even picked up my trade in and swapped some parts to the new bike for me! These people have become my friends over the past 10 + years. They are great people and treat like you family every time you walk in the door! HIGHLY RECOMEND!

Flawless
Dear Gowanda Harley Barb has been very happy with her 06 Softail Deluxe. It is quite a change in ride from her 99 Sportster and she has no problem at all with the handling of the bigger bike. So far our biggest ride this year has been 520 miles to Michigan and back on a two day trip and the Deluxe has been performing flawlessly.
