"I just got my first new Harley, this has been a dream of mine since I was 16, I am now 45. So, as you can imagine, this was a BIG deal to me! I didn't buy an expensive cruiser, just a Dyna Street Bob, but it was my dream! My salesperson made it her mission to make sure my dreams were fulfilled, no matter how difficult or undecided I was. She treated me like family, as does the rest of the staff. When she had a personal tragedy in her life, she still kept in touch with me daily, while on leave from work, to ensure my every need was being attended to. She is a dedicated, loyal employee and I am proud to be able to call her a friend. The dealership in general is filled with great people with a passion for Harleys, and for their customers. Unlike other dealerships, you are not a number, you are family… before, during and after the sale! Eric made the whole deal go so smooth with his big happy smile we felt like we knew him for years. There is no BS no empty promises. He made very sure I had the bike in perfect order to fit me. I bought my FLTHK in 2010 from Gowanda and from day one I appreciated the unique setting and friendly customer service. Gowanda always accommodated me with service, parts and modifications. Recently I was in a bind for a front tire replacement and even though their service department was booked solid and a appointment was past a planned road trip Shawn Mowry offered to step from behind the service counter and install the tire himself.
